About this demo

Six NDAs signed before public acquisitions, each later filed with the SEC. Check fills the built-in NDA template for all six as one table, and every cell opens its clause.

How this demo was made

All six agreements are real and unchanged; each was printed whole to PDF from the exhibit as filed on EDGAR, so page numbers match the filing. Nothing was planted. Each was followed by the acquisition whose filing it is attached to. They were signed by six different companies, not one, and are shown together the way counsel reviews a stack. The assessments are Claude's, made with CiteLLM Check; CiteLLM located every quoted clause in its PDF. The built-in NDA review template has no separate fields for standstills, employee non-solicits or residuals, so they appear under Term and survival and Exclusions. A team that tracks them would save its own template with those fields. All nine fields have an answer in all six NDAs; a field an NDA did not address would show as Not stated. Whether a term is unusual is a judgement against this stack, not against the market. The review above is CiteLLM Check's own viewer, as it opens in ChatGPT and Claude.
