Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to documents you upload. CiteLLM retains all rights to our technology, software, and services. We do not claim ownership of your data.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

CiteLLM provides extraction and citation services as tools to assist your workflows. You are responsible for verifying results for your specific use case. We are not liable for decisions made based on extracted data.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and you may request deletion of your data.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
