By using CiteLLM, including through Claude or ChatGPT, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use CiteLLM.
The service
CiteLLM, operated by Superdocs, extracts data from documents and locates the source passage for each value or claim. In Claude and ChatGPT, the assessment of each claim comes from your AI assistant; CiteLLM confirms where the quotations appear.
Your responsibilities
Keep your account and credentials secure. Only upload documents you have the right to process. Do not use CiteLLM unlawfully, or try to bypass its limits or access other users’ data. Check results before relying on them.
Plans and limits
Free and paid plans have usage limits shown in the service. Paid plans are billed through citellm.com.
Your content
You keep all rights to your documents. You let us process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We keep all rights to CiteLLM itself.
No warranty
CiteLLM is provided “as is”, without guaranteed availability or accuracy. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made using CiteLLM’s results, or for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Ending use
You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We update the date above when these terms change; continued use means you accept them.
