What counts as a page?
Each page of a PDF counts once, when you upload it. Reading, reviewing and exporting don’t count again; uploading the same PDF again does.
When do limits reset?
Daily limits reset at midnight UTC, and monthly limits on the first of the month.
How do I upgrade or cancel?
Ask the assistant “What’s my CiteLLM allowance?” to see your usage and get the link to subscribe or manage billing. Payment happens on a secure checkout page in your browser, never in the chat.
Is tax included?
Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies.
Are my documents used for training?
No. Your documents are never used to train AI models. See Security for how they’re handled.
